Delete your account
You can do this here, in a browser, without installing the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account itself, including the Google or Apple sign-in link.
- Everything stored in the cloud for you: workouts and set logs, programs, custom exercises, body measurements and bodyweight entries, and the sync bookkeeping tied to your account.
This happens immediately and cannot be undone. Copies inside routine server backups age out within 30 days.
What is not touched
- Anything still stored on your phone. Deleting the account does not reach into the app on your device — to remove that copy, delete the app (or use Settings → Clear All Data inside it).
- Progress photos. They never leave your device, so there is nothing of them on our servers to delete, and we cannot touch your photo library.
Prove it’s you
Sign in with the same Google account you use in the app. That sign-in is the only thing that identifies you here — we never delete an account from a typed-in email address.
