Break the
plateau.

Inside the app
Three screens you will actually use
What it does
Built for people who lift the same lifts for years
Your data lives on your phone
Every workout is written to a local database first, so the app works with no signal, in a basement gym, on a plane. Cloud sync is optional and off until you sign in. Progress photos never leave the device at all — not even then.
It tells you when you actually progressed
One progression engine reads your best working set — weight, then reps, then volume — and says progressing, maintaining, or stalled. The same answer on the summary screen and the dashboard, because it is the same code.
A program that fits the days you train
Pick a split and how many days a week you can lift. You get a full program with exercises, sets and rep ranges. No day-of-week homework: the day fills itself in when you finish the session.
A rest timer that survives your lock screen
The timer keeps running with the screen off and tells you when the set is up. It stops when the workout does — it does not sit in your notification tray all afternoon.
Start with today’s session
Install it, log one workout, and see where the next one should land.
